• Once the accommodation has been booked a legal contract exists and in the event of this being broken by either side the other party is quite possibly able to claim for any loss. If for example you fall ill and the proprietor has tried but is unable to re-let the accommodation he is entitled to compensation from you. Holiday insurance is therefore recommended.
• Inform the management if you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your stay as soon as possible.
